The "Dinner for One" video was highly entertaining. I was surprised to find out it is the world's most televised skit, especially since it isn't watched in the US. I found the butler's tripping up on the tiger carpet to be very interesting, because he stopped tripping on it when he was drunk. I think the filmmaker was trying to communicate the 'loosening up' effect of alcohol. There is also a dark side to the humor, as the old woman celebrates one of her last birthdays alone. I prefer the German interpretation of Father's day, it is a truly beautiful concept, one that must be preserved for all time. It is seriously the coolest thing I have ever heard of! Germany's Chistmas markets sound fun, it's good to have national traditions to build the country. I would love to meet a German in Germany, to find out if they really are that forward with their questions.
