Heute bin ich mit meine Freundin gesprochen. Meine Freundin heisst Caro. Sie wohnt neben Frankfurt, Deutschland. Letzte Woche war ihre Geburtstag. Caro came to the U.S. to my hometown last year for high school exchange program. Wann bin ich nach Alpena gegangen, Caro mit mir gesprochen in Deutsch.
This afternoon Caro and I sprechen uber things happening in our lives. I used as much Deutsch as I could and she helped me with some of the word order when I messed up. On her facebook she talks with her friends in German and as I read the wall I understood what the conversations were for the most part. For example: "Ich freue mich so auf das Wochenende mit dir.♥ Das wird richtig richtig gut das merke ich."
I don't get to talk to her very often but it has been cool the last few times being able to practice my Deutsch!
