Was the goal of these readings to absolutely bash Germany? It makes me never want to visit. Although, many of the articles seemed to be exaggerating. For example, I doubt Germans will walk by and kick your car. On a separate note, the article about the Autobahn was quite interesting. I realized it was a dangerous place to be before reading the article, but now I am not sure if I ever want to drive on it. And what is this about the BMW and Mercedes drivers? Are they all closet psychopaths because that is how they are characterized. Switching gears (punny), the grocery article was also interesting and kinda of depressing sounding. I feel like it was somewhat exaggerated because I have never heard of Germany having a health issue in regards to food and the way these stores were described would definitely cause some health problems. Either way, I'm glad I live in America, where I at least understand the customs.
