Germany seems to have some things about their culture that confuse me, and the their policy on resumes are one of them. I guess I don't see the point of keeping records of everything. I also don't get why employers would care all that much, but then again I am not German. What I thought about the neighbor article is that it seems really close to American law and policy. The frog thing was a little excessive but I think you will get the stupid people in every nation. I can imagine that situation happening here in America. I get that Germans don't fly the flag very much. Even though I think that they could fly it a little more.
